Training of Personnel of Boarding Schools for Changes in the Process of Deinstitutionalization

The article reveals the peculiarities of reforming system institutions institutional care and education children in Ukraine, as well problem resistance to change due deinstitutionalization. purpose is reveal features stages preparation boarding schools’ personnel potential for changes process deinstitutionalization based on results their assessment. presents data obtained a result project commissioned by Ministry Social Policy Ukraine with support World Bank called «Reforming Ternopil region» (2019-2021). To achieve this goal, theoretical methods (analysis, synthesis systematization, comparison, generalization), study normative documents deinstitutionalization, empirical were used. involved pedagogical staff from two region: Terebovlya educational complex (now – profile lyceum) Berezhany school in-depth labor lyceum). composition, characteristic readiness training these schools defined. Taking into account assessment schools, strategy tactics such conditions have been built. Three are singled out characterized: initial, basic, final. Peculiarities introduction interdisciplinary integrated approaches learning determined. directions cooperation institutes postgraduate carrying permanent basis difficulties organization implementation activities employees main expected revealed.
